Did you order from us but don't like the product, or did you receive a damaged item? No problem!

Our Return Policy

You can return unworn items to us within 14 days. After checking the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded - according to the payment method you chose. Processing and refund can take up to 7 business days.

- Address

- Item(s) being returned

If you would like to exchange an item, please also contact us via email. We will cover the costs for the new shipment!

The buyer bears the costs for the return.

No amount will be refunded for the return shipping.

What you cannot return

Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition and returned to us in their original packaging, including tags. Of course, it is okay to try on an item as you would in a store, but please do not use items that you intend to return.
