This module covers everything you need in order to plan offseason, contest prep and recovery phases for your clients.
Topics covered:
- Structuring the year when the stage is the goal: recovery phase – building – contest diet
- Choosing the right show and the right federation, assessing the athlete’s level, and understanding their motivation and goals
- Psychology in bodybuilding: how to spot an athlete’s insecurities, how to give them stability through offseason and prep, and how to make sure stress does not ruin things on show day
- The importance of presentation and posing: how to identify which poses suit the athlete, and how to find the right level of difficulty for a smooth, fitting stage presentation
- Judging: how different federations judge, how to obtain feedback, and how to use that feedback to structure what comes next
This webinar consists of 5 sessions of at least 90 minutes each (longer depending on questions and participation).
Schedule & Sessions
Group size: 1–5 participants.
After payment I will contact you within 3 days to arrange the dates for your sessions. If you miss a session, you can catch it up any time within one year.
Technical Requirements
Platform: Riverside.
Google Chrome: Offers the most stable performance and is officially recommended by Riverside for recordings.
Microsoft Edge: Works just as well, as it is built on the same technical base as Chrome.
Mozilla Firefox: Generally supported, but can have limitations with certain local recording functions.
Safari: Only partially supported — some studio functions are limited, as Apple handles certain web audio functions differently.
Invoice
You receive a proper invoice including VAT ID, which you can claim as a business expense.
