This module covers the health of your clients.

Topics covered:

  • Which risks bodybuilding carries for your clients and how you can minimise them — both physical and psychological red flags you need to watch for
  • Reading blood work, the differences between natural and enhanced athletes, what to look out for, where you can intervene, and which doctor is the right one for which problem
  • Psychology in bodybuilding: which red flags to watch for — is an eating disorder hiding behind excessive discipline, or is a disorder holding progress back and heading somewhere dangerous
  • Mobility and therapy: the basics of spotting and resolving mobility problems. When it is time to bring in a professional, and which problems you can handle as a coach
  • Injuries and limitations: how to deal with deficits that cannot be changed

This webinar consists of 4 sessions of at least 90 minutes each.
